6- Financial wellness:
Set long and short-term financial goals to achieve self-defined success. Manage your money and set up a savings account. Think long term.

To be financially well, you must:
– Understand your spending and spend less than you earn. So set aside money to reach your financial goals.
– Plan to save money for financial emergencies.
– Rationalization of spending: define your necessary and indispensable needs. Look for a trustworthy source of information to guide you toward the right decisions.

– Understand how to find long-term investment.

7- Environmental wellness

Signs of Environmental Wellness: 
   – Understanding the interaction  and the relationship between our personal environment and nature;

   – Conserving energy;
   – Enjoying time outside in natural settings.

Physical, mental, intellectual, social, spiritual, financial and environmental health are deeply intertwined and have a profound effect on one another.
